Just a friendly reminder that this is canine influenza (dog flu) season!
We have heard from numerous veterinary offices that the flu has been prevalent in the downtown Chelsea area. Canine influenza is highly contagious and can be passed along very easily among dogs, even when meeting on the street!
Be sure to keep a watchful eye for any signs of your dog(s) being sick. Please see the attached link from the ASPCA for a good description of canine influenza and its symptoms
